ARM Services from Tulsa, OK placed calls all over Sherwood Friday, asking questions about several issues, including the proposed annexation of Gravel Ridge. Sherwood citizens were upset and concerned that someone would use outsiders to try to influence them. When news people called the company asking questions, they refused to name their client.
